Specialized trauma therapy that honors your whole story.
Deep, relational therapy for adults healing from childhood trauma, complex PTSD, and the attachment wounds that continue to shape how you move through the world.
You have the ability to heal, grow and thrive.
What you’re carrying may have started long before you could name it.Imagine waking up each day feeling lighter, freer, and more in control of your life.
Childhood trauma doesn’t always look like a single dramatic event. Often it lives in the quieter experiences — the emotional neglect, the unpredictable home environment, the parent who couldn’t show up, the version of yourself you learned to hide to stay safe.
Those early experiences shape everything — how you relate to others, how you feel in your body, how you talk to yourself when no one is watching.
At Strength & Healing, we understand that healing complex trauma requires more than coping skills and cognitive reframes. It requires going back — gently, safely, and with the right support — to the places where your story began.
You are not broken. You are someone whose nervous system learned to survive. And survival is something we can work with.
there is a way through
Healing is not about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to who you were before the world told you to be someone else.
And we believe that person — the one who existed before the pain — is still there, waiting.
Our work happens in a safe, supportive virtual space where you never have to leave the comfort of your home. Telehealth allows us to do this deep, meaningful work together no matter where you are — bringing specialized trauma therapy directly to you, at a pace that always honors your nervous system.
What our work together looks like:
- Explore the childhood experiences and attachment patterns that continue to shape your present — with curiosity rather than judgment
- Work with the younger parts of you that are still carrying pain, shame, or fear from the past
- Process traumatic memories and experiences at a pace that always honors your nervous system and sense of safety
- Develop a more compassionate understanding of why you developed the patterns you did — and gently explore what new ways forward might look like
- Strengthen your capacity to be present, connected, and grounded in your daily life
What sessions actually feel like
Sessions with me are unhurried and relational. We might spend time exploring a memory, noticing what’s happening in your body, or getting curious about a younger part of you that is still carrying something heavy. Some sessions feel like a breakthrough. Others feel quieter — like tending to something tender that hasn’t been touched before.
There is no agenda to fix you. The goal is always to understand you — more fully, more compassionately, and with more curiosity than shame.
Most clients meet weekly, especially in the earlier stages of our work together. Telehealth sessions make it possible to do this work from wherever you feel most comfortable and safe.
“I finally feel seen and supported.”
“I am really enjoying our connection, every week I feel more and more comfortable. I appreciate your honest and openness, it really helps me relate. I am looking forward to uncovering more about myself and I am glad to have you as a support to do that!”

The courage it takes to begin this work is not small.
Reaching out when you’ve learned to carry everything alone — that’s not a small thing. We don’t take that lightly. Every person who walks through our door is met with the care, expertise, and genuine human presence that their healing deserves.
You are stronger than your past, braver than your fears, and capable of more than you think.

I founded Strength & Healing because I believe people deserve more than symptom management. With over a decade of specialized experience in childhood trauma and complex PTSD, I bring both deep clinical expertise and genuine human warmth to every session.
My approach is rooted in inner child and parts work, somatic healing, and body-based therapies — always guided by a deep respect for your nervous system, your autonomy, and your story.
With advanced training in trauma, eating disorders, and substance use, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex histories, identity development, and the long reach of early adverse experiences.

What is the investment for therapy?
Our services are self-pay and reflect the specialized, expert level of care we provide. Session fees are available upon request. Some services may be eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement, and we are happy to provide superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
Can I talk to you before scheduling?
Yes — complete the form on our contact page and you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a free 15 minute consultation call to discuss our services and make sure we’re the right fit.
Do you only work with trauma?
While childhood trauma and complex PTSD are core specialties, many of our clients come to us navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, attachment wounds, and identity challenges — all of which are deeply connected to early adverse experiences. We work with the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
What if I've tried therapy before and it didn't help?
That experience is more common than you might think — and it makes complete sense to feel hesitant about trying again. Many people come to us after therapy that felt surface-level, retraumatizing, or simply not specialized enough for what they were carrying. Our approach is different. We go slowly, we follow your lead, and we never push you faster than your nervous system can handle.
